Pride Month Recs: Minerva/Rolanda
Minerva/Rolanda was my first “OTP” femslash pairing for Minerva (a misnomer, of course, because I have many “OTPs” for her), thanks largely to Kelly Chambliss’s fabulous “What a Lovely Way to Burn”.
Most of them feature Minerva McGonagall, Severus Snape, Albus Dumbledore, and the other adults in the series, but there are a few about the younger folks, too.
My fics have won eleven HP Fanfic Fan Poll Awards and four MuggleNet Quicksilver Quill Awards, and my stories have been featured multiple times on The Petulant Poetess, Lumos, and MuggleNet Fanfiction. My readers are simply the best!
It’s 1943, and both the wizarding and Muggle worlds have exploded into war. Eighteen-year-old Minerva McGonagall is brilliant and talented, with dreams of becoming the first witch in the Auror corps. Albus Dumbledore is famous, powerful, and haunted by his dark past. Their attraction to one another is unthinkable, inevitable, and dangerous, especially with Tom Riddle watching from the shadows.
Here you’ll find romance, gen, angst, humor, smut, fluff, and a bunch of stories that combine them all.
Like recs for Harry Potter fic and art, opinions on various things fannish, and resources for writing and editing.

Augusta/Minerva is always fun because of the canon hints at backstory between these two very opinionated (ahem) and formidable ladies. Neville’s potential reaction to a relationship between them is a lovely bonus.
In honor of Pride Month, I thought I’d do some recs based on my favorite femslashy pairing for my favorite witch.
